Coming soon... New book cover!!

As a recently Self-Published author, it's been an incredibly steep learning curve. One of the blocks I've come up against is using AI for my book cover.

Whilst I did not use AI to create the story, I knew what I wanted from a cover, including my real crafts, and so I thought Chat GPT bringing it together would be fine. How wrong I was! What I have learnt is it puts into doubt the reality of my work, and having worked so hard on it, that's not what I want!

So, after some amateur attempts at editing it on my own, I took to Reddit to ask for help. I have now managed to get in touch with a very kind soul who is helping me redesign my cover, using my own embroidery and long stitch. I can't wait to see the result, and will hopefully be able to do a bit of marketing for them too!!

So a note to anyone starting out, I've made the mistake of using AI; Don't do it. Humanity is good, and though the human I have found is all the way over in New Zealand, there are people out there who want to raise you up and help you succeed!!
